MPC Life Services, LLC, founded on January 1, 2016, offers Life Settlement services to clients and originally operated as Mills, Potoczak & Company for over 20 years. As of July 1, 2024, William M. Potoczak, the President, becomes the sole shareholder of MPC Life Services, LLC. The company also continues to provide services under the name Mills, Potoczak and Company.

Bill is responsible for the overall management of the Life Settlement Services. He was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and has been involved in life settlement services beginning with viatical settlements in 1994.

Linda Lee
Linda has been involved with MPC since 1991 and became a full time employee in March 2006. Linda is responsible for certain client relationships, setting up new clients, special projects and day to day operations of MPC.

Melita McGowan
Melita brings over 15 years of expertise in the life insurance and life settlement industry, having been with MPC since 2012. She plays a key role in life tracking operations, including securing updated HIPAA authorizations and managing the retrieval of medical records to support portfolio servicing and compliance reporting.

Insurance
MPC Life Services, LLC maintains 2 types of coverage. The first is our professional liability coverage (“E&O coverage”). Our E&O insurance is specifically designed for our Life Settlement practice to cover the above services including trust transactions. We maintain coverage of $10,000,000. There is separate coverage for our public accounting services of $3,000,000.
MPC also maintains a bond to cover criminal acts by any employee of the firm. The coverage is $1,500,000 per event per year.

The state of Ohio does not require a license to perform our Life Settlement services. The firm no longer provides CPA Services.
